Jeffrey B. Wall
Jeff Wall is the head of Sullivan & Cromwell’s Supreme Court and Appellate Practice. He is the former Acting Solicitor General and Principal Deputy Solicitor General of the United States. He has argued more than 30 cases in the Supreme Court, and numerous cases before federal and state courts of appeals and administrative agencies. Jeff is a former law clerk to Justice Clarence Thomas and Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson III. He received a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. from Georgetown University.
