Olivia Anglade

Olivia is a Partner at BCG’s Washington D.C. office, where she focuses on Public Sector clients at the Federal level. Her work primarily supports operations, strategy, and large-scale transformation initiatives.

Before joining BCG, Olivia gained valuable experience in public sector infrastructure. She worked as a contractor for USAID in Haiti, contributing to reconstruction efforts following the 2010 earthquake. Additionally, she served for five years as an Engineer Officer in the U.S. Army, working with both the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and a construction battalion.

Olivia holds an MBA from the University of California, Haas School of Business, as well as an MS and BS in Civil Engineering from Stanford University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer.
