Responsibilities include oversight over formal and informal enforcement actions, contested administrative proceedings, and formal investigations as well as representation of agency in federal and state court proceedings.
Oversaw major Federal Reserve enforcement actions and investigations against domestic and foreign banking organizations, including actions relating to residential mortgage servicing, U.S. sanctions and tax law violations, foreign exchange manipulation, fraudulent sales practices, and violations of consumer protection laws.
Joined Federal Reserve Board as a staff attorney.
