Sarita Frattaroli
As a Senior Counsel in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Office of Regulations, Sarita focuses on Regulation E interpretative matters and payment policy issues. She has drafted rules on payday lending, qualified mortgages, and personal financial data rights. Sarita received her law degree from Boston University School of Law and undergraduate degree in Economics from Wellesley College.
